As the implementation of the Radial Wheel was very precise, the initial layout was designed with this in mind. This included the dimensions of the icons, highlights, etc., so that it could be iterated and translated into the engine much faster.
As the design of the Radial Wheel was fleshed out, additional gameplay information was added.
As an evolution of the Radial Wheel found in Sniper Elite 3, we wanted to push it further. This part of the project was unique as the implementation required absolute precision.
